How should I store my wedding dress before the wedding?
We recommend keeping your gown in the garment bag provided, stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid garages, sheds or damp areas where the fabric may be affected.
If your dress is heavy or heavily beaded, hang it using the internal hanging loops inside the gown rather than the shoulder straps to help maintain its shape.
Every month or two, briefly unzip the garment bag to allow airflow and check everything is in perfect condition, while avoiding unnecessary handling of the dress before your wedding day.
Closer to your wedding date, a light professional steam will have your gown looking fresh and ready to wear.
Do you offer made-to-measure gowns?
No, we specialise in off-the-rack wedding dresses, which means the gowns available in store are ready to purchase and take home the same day.
Our collection is carefully selected in a range of styles and sizes, giving brides the opportunity to find a beautiful gown without the long wait times associated with made-to-order dresses.
Do I need to book an appointment?
We welcome both walk-ins and appointments in store.
On weekends, we operate as walk-in only, so brides are welcome to come in, browse our collection and try gowns on during trading hours.
If you would prefer a more personalised experience, appointments are available during the week.
How often do you get new stock?
Our stock is consistently changing and being replenished weekly, however as an off-the-rack bridal outlet, we generally only have one of each gown style and size available in store.
This means if you fall in love with a dress, we always recommend securing it while it is available, as it may no longer be in store if you return at a later date.
Due to the nature of our outlet concept, it can be difficult for us to guarantee the availability of specific styles ahead of time, as stock is constantly selling and changing.
Can I place a wedding dress on hold?
As an off-the-rack bridal outlet, we do not offer holds on gowns, as our stock moves quickly and we generally only have one of each style and size available.
If you find a dress you love, we recommend securing it as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
We do offer layby options in store for brides who wish to secure their gown and pay it off over time.
